The X-325 is a completely portable measuring instrument for strain gauge Sensors in a small, robust IP65 housing weighing only 260 grams. The input range for the connected sensors is ± 5 mV/V.
For ease of use, the operator has access to six uniquely assigned buttons:
Gross / Net: Hide preloads and basic weights
Range: Switch between two measurement ranges (different scaling and unit)
Hold: Hold current measurement
Peak: Store peak value of a trace
Shunt Cal: Simulate resistance
Through: Store minimum value of a trace
Calibration and configuration can be done via a separate configuration menu using the buttons on the front panel. The configuration menu is very simple and allows setting a tare value, display resolution, filter rate, auto power off and low power mode selection.

How it works
There are 2 calibration options A self-calibration with live measurement values and an input of the sensor-specific sensitivity/sensitivity. Two separate ranges are available. This makes it easy to display two separate scales and units.
The X-325 Indicator has a power saving feature that can provide up to 450 hours of battery life with a 350 ohm strain gauge bridge. In normal power mode, up to 45 hours of battery life is achieved with a 350 ohm strain gauge bridge. It also includes an auto power off feature that can be set in 1 minute increments up to 99 minutes, or disabled.
Optionally, the X-325 Indicator is available with an RS232 output, a second sensor port, and a carrying case. In addition, the display can also be delivered preset, or calibrated with a suitable strain gauge Sensor.
