The Sensor is very linear, zero point stable and has an overload resistance of 150 % of the final value. The Sensors are very temperature stable and allow maximum consistency of the shot weight. The solid steel housing and the tight design (IP 54) guarantee problem-free operation, even under difficult environmental conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The Force Sensors have either a passive strain gauge full bridge output or an amplified \u00b1 10 V or 4&#8230;20 mA output signal. The measuring range can be adapted exactly to the required injection force. The output signal for this Sensor is specified in mV\/V. Various input modules of controllers already allow the direct connection of Force Sensors with strain gauge full bridge.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, measuring Amplifiers with voltage output (0-10 V) and current output (4-20 mA) are available, which amplify the strain gauge full bridges accordingly. The measuring amplifiers are available in a robust field housing, for DIN rail mounting or in an inline housing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mechanical connection \/ construction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ring Force Transducer is characterised by a very flat and compact design. This allows it to be used in particularly confined spaces. For mounting, the Pressure Cell has holes with which it can be easily attached.<\/p>\n<p>Application areas for the ring Load Cell are high-precision monitoring of pressing operations in manufacturing processes, pressing and joining force monitoring.
