><p>The load cell is designed as a low-cost compressive force sensor. In addition, the load cell is suitable for load measurement in lifts, either at the fixed point or under the floor. The measuring signal is proportional to the payload in the cabin when mounted correctly. The solid steel housing and the tight design (IP67) guarantee problem-free operation of the pressure load cell, even under difficult environmental conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The large measuring range of 0.5 &#8211; 25 kN and the standardised design allow a wide range of cabin and payload weights to be measured with just a few pressure transducers. The output signal for this sensor is specified in mV\/V. Various input modules of controllers already allow the direct connection of force sensors with strain gauge full bridge. In addition, measuring amplifiers with voltage output (0-10 V) and current output (4-20 mA) are available, which amplify the strain gauge full bridges accordingly. The measuring amplifiers are available in a robust field housing, for DIN rail mounting or in an inline housing.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mechanical connection \/ construction <\/b><\/p>\n<p>The advantages of the compression force sensors are the easy handling. The force acting from above is measured. The various force sensors are versatile and are used in the areas of material testing machines, in hardness testers, the measurement of compressive forces, press-in force control and as load cells. The mounting of the strain gauge force sensors is uncomplicated, either via the thread or via the prefabricated holes, depending on the
