Load cell X-130
Suitable for elevator load measurement and as a universal compression force sensor in the force range 0.5-25 kN. Dimensions of 40 x 16 mm.
Load cell X-130 is designed as a low-cost compression force sensor. The load cell is suitable for load measurement in elevators, either at a fixed point or under the floor.
The extensive measuring range of 0.5 – 25 kN and the standardized design allows measuring a wide range of car and service weights with only a few compression force transducers.
The measurement signal is proportional to the payload in the car when mounted correctly. The force transducer is compact with a size of 40 x 16 mm. The solid steel housing and the tight design (IP67) guarantee a trouble-free operation of the load cell, even under severe environmental conditions.
Features
- Compact design in solid steel housing
- Encapsulated design IP67
- Fits all X-Sensors load measuring devices and measuring amplifiers
- Low height of only 16 mm
- Central bore
- Optionally available with thrust washer and thrust piece
Electrical connection
The force sensors from X-Sensors are based on a strain gauge full bridge with strain gauges. The output signal for this sensor is specified in mV/V. Various input modules of controllers already allow the direct connection of force sensors with strain gauge full bridge.
Additionally, measuring amplifiers with voltage output (0-10 V) and current output (4-20 mA) are available, which amplify the strain gauge full bridges accordingly. The measuring amplifiers are available in a robust field housing or for DIN rail mounting. Brand new is the compact inline amplifier X-201-IN09 from X-Sensors, which can be used universally for static and cyclic measurements and offers an excellent price-performance ratio.
Mechanical connection / design
The advantages of the compression force sensors are easy handling. The force is measured, which acts centrically from above.
The various force sensors are versatile and are used in the fields of material testing machines, hardness testers, measurement of compressive forces, press-in force control, and as load cells.
The mounting of the strain gauge force sensors is uncomplicated, either via a thread or via prefabricated holes, depending on the model.
