The measuring Amplifier X-201-IP07 was developed for universal and simple operation. Zero adjustment is performed via the zero adjustment mechanism. Thanks to the robust aluminium housing, this measuring Amplifier is also suitable for direct mounting in harsh environmental conditions.

The measuring Amplifiers from X-Sensors are suitable for universal signal conditioning of resistive strain gauge measuring bridges and piezoresistive Sensors. They are thus suitable for amplifying the mV/V-Sensor signal from Force and Strain Sensors to control inputs. Thanks to the compact field housing, mounting can be carried out directly at the measuring point in a space-saving manner. This allows the strain gauge sensor signal to be amplified into a robust standard signal (0-10 V or 4-20 mA) on the spot.
Zero point taring
The zero point adjustment on these measuring Amplifiers is done by a digital zero point adjustment mechanism. The zero point setting is permanently stored, i.e. the zero point correction is available again even after switching off. Thus, a permanently available installation tare is available. Therefore, these measuring Amplifiers are suitable for all static applications. The number of taring operations is limited to 100,000.
Zero adjustment is triggered via an external reset or tare control input. The mechanism is available with “Active Low” and “Active High” logic.
Electrical connection
The measuring Amplifiers are available with voltage output (0-10 V) and current output (4-20 mA), which amplify strain gauge full bridges accordingly.
