Elevator load sensor XCL-171
Load measurement and monitoring of rope tension. Inner diameter for M10 / M12 / M16 / M20 threaded rods.
The sensors of the XCL-171 series are installed directly in the fixed point or on the cable suspension of an elevator. After installation, the load and the rope tension of each rope can be monitored individually.
The sensors are delivered with a calibrated output signal. Because of the calibration, the cabine load is immediately available after installation, without the need for additional calibration with load weights in advance.
- Sensors can be used without calibration weights
- Very wide range of application, for payloads from 240 kg to 2000 kg
- Robust design
- High overload properties
- Monitoring of the rope tension during operation
- Comparing rope tensions during assembly or pre-commissioning
The sensors are connected to a CANopen Lift Interface-module (X-Sensors X-212), which is able to provide the current load of each individual sensor to the controller.
Mechanical connection / design
The load cell can be mounted on a threaded rod, bolt, screw or similar.
