Strain Sensors for cyclic applications - Process-Tare

The zero point adjustment can be triggered via the control. If the reset input is pulled to >10 V, the signal is set to zero (reset) and the zero point adjustment has been performed. Zero adjustment on these Strain Sensors and amplifiers is performed by a digital zero adjustment mechanism, where the zero correction is permanently stored during operation. It should be noted that the zero point must be relearned in the event of a power interruption.

Strain Sensors for static applications - Installation-Tare

The zero point adjustment can be triggered via the control. If the reset input is pulled to >10 V, the signal is set to zero (reset) and the zero point adjustment has been carried out. The zero point setting for these strain sensors or measuring amplifiers is carried out using a digital zero point adjustment mechanism. The zero point setting is saved permanently, i.e. the zero point correction is available again even after switching off.

Strain Sensors without amplifier

our strain sensors of the X-103-S series do not have an integrated measuring amplifier. They pass the raw signal with different sensitivities directly to the controller, etc. In addition, the strain transducers are significantly flatter and therefore more suitable in some applications.

Strain Sensors for harsh environmental conditions

The robust design allows the absorption of strain even under harsh conditions. It is even possible to measure under water. Especially static measurements in very large areas can be measured reliably.
